Frequently Asked Questions and Answers for H1B Status Expedited Application

One,Does applying for an expedited application increase my chances of passing the application?

It will not. Expedited hearings can only increase the speed at which cases are heard.

Two,Can I get the results in 15 days if I submit an expedited application?

First of all, 15 days is counted from the time the application is accepted by the USCIS. In principle, the result is 15 days, if the processing cannot be completed within 15 days, the USCIS will refund the expedited processing application fee to the applicant, and the USCIS will continue to expedite the processing of this application; if you receive the RF1 supplemental notification, and the H1B is not considered after the supplemental notification, the expedited processing application fee will be refunded as well.

Three,Does application expediting apply to all processes related to H1B applications?

No. PP does not apply to motions (motions) and appeals (appeals) in H1B petitions.

Four,Can I file an expedited processing application after I have already filed my H1B petition?

Yes. It is possible to "upgrade" an already filed H1B petition to the expedited processing program.

Five,Will getting expedited service affect the outcome of the audit?

No, the expedited service will only serve to advance the processing of this application by the USCIS, and will not have any impact on the standard of review or the outcome of the review.
