Min Shi

Min Shi graduated from Nanjing University School of Law (LL.B., LL.M. in Economic Law) and received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. She is a licensed attorney in New York and New Jersey.

Ms. Shi has more than 10 years of cross-border legal experience. She specializes in cross-border wealth transfer trusts, estate tax gift tax planning, living trusts, irrevocable trusts and prenuptial agreements, assisting high net-worth families with cross-border wealth transfer and asset protection, as well as representation in estate court proceedings and probate. She also provides legal support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in private investment and commercial contract negotiation, balancing compliance and commercial needs.
