Carrie Peng

Carrie Peng is the founder of the Law Firm of Attorney Peng and a licensed attorney in the State of New York. She holds an LL.M. from Tsinghua University and an LL.M. with honors from Fordham University School of Law. Before founding her own firm, Carrie practiced at the law firm of Blumsack & Canzano, where she gained valuable experience in U.S. immigration and related legal matters.

Carrie is a certified specialist member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Immigration Law Specialty Committee of the New York State Bar Association. Since 2023, she has been recognized as a “New York Rising Star Attorney” for three consecutive years — an honor awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the United States — in recognition of her strong expertise and outstanding contributions in the field of immigration law.

Carrie has handled more than 1,000 immigration cases. Her practice areas cover business/employment immigration (EB-1/EB-2/EB-3), investment immigration (EB-5) and nonimmigrant work visas (L-1/H-1B/O-1/E categories).
