Mr. Zhipping Liu graduated from New York University School of Law (New York University) with a J.D. degree and received an MBA (with honors) from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, combining a dual professional background in business and law. He has a dual professional background in business and law. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Georgia, focusing on corporate law, international trade compliance, and cross-border investments.

Mr. Liu has extensive experience in cross-border legal practice, especially in EB-5 investment immigration related legal services, including commercial due diligence, negotiation and litigation on withdrawal of investors' funds, to help clients avoid investment risks. Meanwhile, Mr. Liu has outstanding expertise in cross-border corporate compliance structure design and international dispute resolution, and is able to provide optimal solutions for companies in company registration, equity structure design, etc. He is well versed in the compliance requirements of Chinese and U.S. companies.
