Immigration Attorney

Requirements
- -1-3 years of immigration law experience
- -Active U.S. Bar Admission required
- -Strong knowledge of immigration regulations and USCIS procedures
- -Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- -Bilingual (Chinese/English) preferred
Responsibilities
- -Handle various immigration cases independently (H-1B, L-1, EB-1, EB-5, NIW, etc.)
- -Provide professional immigration legal consultations to clients
- -Conduct legal research and case analysis
- -Prepare and review immigration petitions and legal documents
- -Communicate with USCIS and relevant government agencies

Bilingual Legal Assistant Intern

Requirements
- -Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Law, International Relations, or related programs
- -Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- -Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- -Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PDF tools, etc.)
- -Prior legal internship experience preferred
Responsibilities

- -Translate and proofread legal documents (Chinese/English)
- -Organize and file case materials
